Spoofed local phone number 214-368-2197. Said offering house cleaning services. I couldn't understand the name of the company (Ki Right Home Services?), and asked for an address and call back number. Address given was 2439 Main St. Dallas, TX. Of note, that address is literally street only under a couple of overpasses in Downtown Dallas.
They are calling requesting a person in charge of cleaning services. The phone call comes up on the caller ID as Merrill Lynch; person talking on the phone seems to be of Indian descent.
said something about flushing water lines but did not say when or where,just to run water from faucet if water is cloudy.
I have received many calls from this number. They don't usually say anything,but today Icould hear someone talking.
Called before 8 a.m. That's why I'm reporting. If they are really with the water company, that's fine. I take issue with the hour at which they called. That was unprofessional, given if was just a notification about line flushing.
