I messed up in the same way, was interested in Student Loan help until they said they couldnt send email until I gave over credit card info, talked to an Alec and a Rico, had already given sensitive personal info before red flags popped up, they do NOT act like common CSR
Wow i usually check stuff like this but this one caught me off guard and in need all at once.. Was called about getting assistance with student loan..smh.. I took the bait and gave out personal info. Although the service seems legitimate my tuition had me check anyway and what a great scare to my surprise the number has 4 complaints about it..HELP
