Getting numerous calls every day from this same number in Vineland New Jersey. They won’t stop! Sounds like a preacher wanting to “save my soul”. Is there any way to stop the calls?

This phone number constantly calls two numbers at Gloucester Township Police, Camden County, NJ (a Captain and Chief's Office main) throughout the work day. It's clearly a robocall stuck in a loop, there is never anyone on the other end just silence and automatically hangs up after a few moments. The number is busy on call back. Appears it used to belong to a company recently purchased by an unknown other company with no information.
Caller on broken/choppy connection. Female speaker. Deliberately lowers voice when asked question of purpose for call. Knew of my work connection/potential positions. Referenced "Health care services" repeatedly. Ended call when I placed on hold to get more knowledgeable rep to address her. Time 1345 or so.
Keeps calling and won't stop

Persistent calls, sometimes 5 or 6 per day. Mostly Vineland, N.J. I seem to remember a "Goggle business listing" once or twice.
