Yes, another scammer trying to get your hard earned money. Never give any information over the phone from a caller you do not know. It's a sad day when a stranger calls you on your personnel phone that you pay for.
Called free up grade on QuickBooks. Stated our conversation would be recorded. I stated I decline on our conversation being recorded. I also stated I would never renew my QuickBooks over the phone. Se hung up
Wanted to speak to "the person responsible in charge of quickbooks" . Super annoying and should have hung up as soon as she said that.
