859 214 0553, automated call. they called before and I hung up and blocked the number. the next day a voicemail randomly popped up from this number without actually calling!

Left message that sounds like a recorded but pretending as if it is a real person. Offering "unsold cruise cabin for free" in return of spreading a word.
Said Hello twice then head a voice saying it was being recorded. Asked if I could hear them when I responded they hung-up
Kept calling regardless if your number is listed in the national no calling list. Why are these people like to annoy people? Why would they think that people will be interested to business who are annoying?
Spam about student debt relief, saying I signed up to be contacted when I didn't. I would advise not picking up.
