Just applied for my DOT number and got 2 calls from different numbers. Left a message to call 844-828-7002 and leave your DOT number and they would return my call. The gov. site hacked? How do they get my number to call when I am registering on a gov site?

According to the real National Commercial Society for Pain Relief, the voice call about their advertisement is actually a harassment scam according to the South Carolina Police who are already aware of this!
