SUNDAY EVENING 7PM THIS NUMBER CALLED AGAIN FROM THE TOWN OF WEST HARTFORD. I HAVE TOLD THEM I DO NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED BY THEM...WHY DO THEY CALL TIME AND TIME AGAIN? I HAVE THIS NUMBER BLOCKED,I SEE IT COME UP ON CALLER ID BUT NOMOROBO KILLS THE CALL THANKFULLY.
