WAISTED MY DARN LUNCH BREAK ON THEM DUMB ASS SCAM BITCHES 2 BAD I KEEP MY PROOF OF PAYMENTS AND IM NOT STUPID TO CALL THEM I CALLED THE CORRECT NUMBER. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TRACE THE NUMBER AND SEND THEM A VIRUS. FEEL SORRY FOR PEOPLE WHO FALL FOR THIS.

Absolute scam. Received a voicemail saying eversource was going to be shut off today due to nonpayment. We are all paid up and the voicemail they left was so vague and clearly a scam. I called back because I was feeling spicy and was immediately hung up on. I called back again and someone different answered identifying herself as eversource. VERY clearly at a call center in another country. I asked her who she really was and told her she should be ashamed of herself for trying to scam people. Unreal.
Bro I’m so happy I’m smart. I just got a voicemail from them while I was on my phone, no call. First off I don’t have eversource I’m with The UI & they’re not cutting anyone’s power rn due to Covid. They said I was gonna be disconnected “today” but didn’t include a date. The guy tried to convince me they were just “customer service” for UI then he started talking about a special one time payment that he could help me with ???? when he asked who I bank with his voice was hella shaky & I hung up. Something told me to look up the number they left me to call back.

Eversource scam
I was hoping someone would catch these Scamming creeps from India by now this line has been active since Friday that I know of and it's still active! Generally they switch numbers by now to my knowledge. I exhaustively reported this to Eversource the moment it happened last week even if it was after Office hours and followed-up again on Monday. I already left the detailed itemization of what happened to me with a robocall message of being shut off from Eversource. I already know that it can't be because I have automatic payment with my checking account then when I did call in it must be after hours I think they close from about 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to 7 a.m. and you get a recording "Sorry you're having problems goodbye." But the line is opening active now! This is a horrible horrible SCAM. And I'm worried that it also has to do with Burglaries because I heard on an open line when I called in once they were talking with another Eversource Customer and we're very interested in when they would NOT be home!
I received a voicemail from Jessica from this number claiming to be from Eversource and my account was to be shut off that day. Today, days later, I called and a male answered the phone. I asked what company he was with and he said “Didn’t you hear me the first time”. I said “No. We’re you intentionally mumbling so you can look up my phone number?” I told him that I know he is a scammer and asked to be removed. He asked, “Did you take your medications today” and then told me he was going to report my phone number to the police.
