called this morning, first my land line then my cell within seconds of each other asking for the owner of a house

They continue to call asking for the owner of an address I’ve never heard of in a state I don’t even live in. Have asked to have my number removed and yet they continue to harass and call

Calls and says "we must have a bad connection, I'll call right back", hangs up and immediately calls back. This happens every couple of days. The caller ID displays Century 21, and it is a real number. I feel bad for Century 21, since they really do own that phone number. This scammer is giving them a bad rap.
