The caller states I am being sued by a financial institution for fraud which is attached to my name and social .... called both my banks they advised me its not true and they would never call me this is a scam and when you call the number no one can answer why you were called.
Caller looking for $299 for sat CDs which would be sent to a college students and the money be returned after the CDs are returned wanting to talk to the students parents mother father or grandparents
Wanting a credit card for 299 4 CDs for college courses on on CDs SAT test
In reality, the IRS laws are too serious against these scam frauds and will never make phony calls like this especially if they never sent you a letter first to prove that you need to send them money
