This number has now been used for a homeland security scam about a seized package and legal action blah blah blah. Block the number!!!

I have also received calls from another number in Raleigh NC who transferred me to this so called Dr. This may be legit but the way they're going about it is just wrong. If MY doctor wants testing done, he knows how to go about it.

my mother got a call from a richard harkaway wanting my mom to do a mouth swab. i googled his name. it is the name of a top notch urologist in philDELPHIA PA. not lakeland florida. prior to these calls he sent herFOUR BOXES OF TOP GRADe braces for knees, back, etc. 9 in all of which was billed to medicare. claims her Dr. ordered them. So I contacted her pcp. Knows nothing of it. My mother has no heart condition. she does have alzheimers, which is why she supplied him with her medicare number. he asked her to verify her medicare number to be sure the billing was correct they continued to call her to make sure she got the packet, to make sure she had done the swab, and again to remind her to send it out right away. and it was to go to BioGen Labs in Texas. if I had been one day later going into moms, she would have had it sent back out. these people are relentless, but very polite. they had all the medical equipment, right down to the fed ex bag to send everything back. i fully believe they would have gotten her DNA and completely stolen her identity. Some people believe that we didn't get a covid, but something that will help bill gates gain control of the population as he always wanted to. i think some people are too smart for their own good, very crude

Received multiple calls from a Richard acting on behalf of the doctor ordering mouth swab and the ICD-codes that they wanted to bill for me (as they wanted me to sign paperwork identifying these codes) included heart failure, cardiomyopathy, hypertension among other things - none of which I have - I called Medicare and they confirmed there is a DNA scam and I needed to report to the attorney general and do not swab!!

My mom has received the very same thing, trying to do research, but to no avail. Who have you contacted to report, any info will be helpful. Thank You

Harassing and persistent calls to my Mom, wanting her to sign a bunch of forms regarding cardiac genetic testing and includes a mouth swab. The provider listed in the documents is a Jennifer Scheel at 170 Fitzgerald Rd Suite 1, Lakeland, FL 33813, phone 863-226-1054, provider email as provider@mdl.network, provider NPI number as 1245483155. Not a provider of my Mother, and we are several states north of Florida. An obvious scam intent on harming the elderly. Documents had way too much personal information, including Mom's Medicare number; calling Medicare to report.

Received a call from this number wanting a mouth swab. Also ask me if I got Covid vac. I went along with it and got packet today & I called Medicare to report it!

Called about doing a swab test for genetic testing. Went along w it, but they didn’t ask for Medicare number, they sent stuff to do Sean and send back. They did want me to sign that I would send them the money from Medicare after I got it. Which is just stupid, cuz I don’t get reimbursed if I went thru with this scam. Reported them to medicare.

Yes, offering bogus genetic heart testing scaring seniors. The so called ordering doctor with his NPI when I Googled, it was a different doctor in another state. Seems like some kind of Medicare fraud
