Complaints about Phone Numbers863-738-####

this is a phone line under AT&T I had this line for several years Until the kind rep @ AT&T sold me a new plan that didn't exist that was when we still had a 2 year agreement/plan in place. what they don't realize is that I was somewhat suspect of the 'unlimited Hotspot' the caveat was that I had to purchase direct tv - right however I'm not stupid / so i asked if she would please send me an email outlining the plan she was referring to and she was more than happy to provide not only an email pointing out the particulars (which I still have) and of course When I returned home that evening the hotspot didn't work i called AT&T after buying a new iphone and ipad that day and based on the email and hr word it was not her fault and AT&T wouldn't let me out of that new contract even with the get out of jail free card that they don't know exists i left them immediately and I guess I need ti contact my lawyer and give him the email so I can get the balance of $1000 off my credit report You cant fix stupid but I can stop them from keeping this number in my name and file suit with the original contract that the rep created by emailing me the plan with the incorrect info its nice to know that AT&T is using This phone number which is somehow still under my name and apparently AT&T is using my name illegally or for another idiot that is also going to learn how this works thats illegal and i am thankful that i saw this because its under my name this is not surprising and if they dont remove this immediately I will sue for everything including defamation of character by using my name how in the hell does a company get away with this?
