I answered, no one says anything

I get calls from this number all the time. I answered it one time and they said it was in regards to a personal matter, they knew my name but wanted me to verify other information. I said asked what it was about before giving my info and they said they couldn’t discuss until the info was verified. When I answered it also went straight to an automated thing and said no one was available to take my call and that I was the first caller in line then someone answered.
