We received a message stating his name was Phillip from Upstate Land Trust. Did not acknowledge our business name in his message. Said he was looking to buy cars, louses, boats & RVs. Basically anything with a title and he offered loans against these property types. He called from this number: 206-338-1836 but asked us to call him back at 864-326-0100. I did not call him back.

They acted like the were going to save me from losing my home, would help me make the payments and reinstatement. "They won't put me out of my home." I don't own a home. He said his name was Phillip from upstate land trust. They did not my name in the message. I do not like these type of deceptive practices.
