Female asked for "MARK". Second time she asked for "MARK" with a fake accent.
Received a call with an automated message stating to press 9 if this is "My Name" so I do so, because it was my name. I was then transferred and an incredibly rude asshole asking how he could help me (he wasn't rude AT FIRST) I said I don't know you called me, he says no I didn't call you and I said I received a call from this number I pressed 9 so yes you did YOU may not have called me but I was contacted by THIS number.. he didnt bother asking my name to begin with or attempt being nice much less PROFESSIONAL, he was a combative over talking cunt, who apparently hates his job and decided to take it out on me... SCAM? PROBABLY SO!! If not this dick shouldn't be working at a damn call center
