I have received 12 calls from 864-938-7228 in the past 3 days. When I answer, they hang up. When I don't answer, they do not leave a message.
Calls, but leaves no message. Did call back to find that it is a home improvement marketing. Asked to take me off list with the reply, "Yes".
Calls themselves National Disability. They use a program to bypass blocks and goes direct to voicemail. They leave like 10 messages a day, even though they were told to stop. Talking to a lawyer about it
