They called me too wanting personal information without information on who they even were. I called them back and asked and they hung up on me.
Calls, but either does not say anything, or tries to sell me info on reducing my debt.
Just got the same call making the same statements as the post above. I don't have an HR dept considering I own a small business which is only my girlfriend and I. Obviously a scam.
I got a voice mail from this number claiming that there was a complaint made, although the caller didn't identify from whom or from what organization she was with, and she said that after the third time of trying to contact me they would direct the complaint to the HR or Payroll department on file. This was peculiar, because I don't have a Payroll department, and my business currently isn't employing anyone. So I'm not sure who would have complained about my HR department, as it is pretty much non-existent at this time. The caller identified as Carrie McNeil. It's obviously a scam call. The number left to call back was 844-772-2456 - which she said was "to update your address or contact information".
