Trying to sell life insurance and a burial plan. Definitely a scam; the person on the other end did not care that I do not fall into the age range that she mentioned. Do not answer.

Someone from Level 3 Communications VOIP keeps calling and harassing me too much.
They calles my cell .. When i check my voicemail. It made a beam like they had hung . i guessing it is scammer or prank call
Claimed to be from a National Enrollment Center for Insurance. We questioned them what this was about. Caller became irritated exclaiming "we were the ones who did not understand." and hung up on us.
This number calls my landline several times a day, every day. I never answer the calls and they do not leave a message. I am SICK of it!
