Got a voicemail from this Dorian Scott character via an “unknown” number stating stating my mother was being sued and her wages were being garnished and they needed a statement of intent from her. I was confused how they got my phone number but called the number he left on the voicemail back. Spoke with “Dorian” and he was SUPER rude and defensive. I stated that I spoke with my mother and she had no idea what I was talking about and asked if he could give me any information since he could obviously call and leave all this on my voicemail. He rudely responded “if your mother wants to know she can call and ask us herself. You can’t do anything to stop this. She is being sued. Nothing cal reverse this.” I said no sir, that was not my intent. I just wanted to know what information you could give me. He then started again with the “you can’t stop this. Your mom needs to call us.” I told him I didn’t know why he was being so rude and he began YELLING at me telling me I was mistaken and he wasn’t being rude. I ended the conversation by telling him regardless if he meant to be or not he was and he should reconsider his tone when trying to scam the public because it gives him away.

Left VM saying he needed info and his client will sue if I don’t respond .. called back went to voicemail .. seems fishy

Dorian Scott/Albert Banks they were very vague on their voicemail system. Calling back is just a VM. This is a scam, do not call.

My brother in law received a phone call from 8662138454 left name of Dorian Scott and wanting my info and if I don't call they were going to sue me. Ready for it. I am protected anyways by a debt solution program if that's the case it will back fire on them if it's true.

I received a phone call from 866-213-8454, actually a voicemail. He claimed his name was Dorian Scott calling from some company I couldn’t understand where but he was calling in regards to my sons father and stated that if he continued to ignore them then they would pursue action. This is a complete scam.

I got a call from 866- 213-8454. Called some of my family members saying they are going to sue me. Says they are following the California and federal laws. I never called them back. Actually I did call them and got a voice mail saying I be reached Dorian Scott and Alan banks.

Called my mom asking for social security number. Scam call.
