Received a call from Brian Baxter for Strategic Services on 12/18/19. The number he called from was 770-869-2972 with a call back number of 866-217-0580 He stated I owed money for a Walmart credit card from 2013 and they were going to send documents to the local Circuit Clerk's Office and start proceedings. Review your state cease and desist process and review the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Received a call from Brian Baxter for Strategic Services on 9/25/19. The number he called from was 719-277-0419 with a call back number of 866-217-0580 He stated I owed money for a Lowe's credit card from 2013 and they were going to send documents to the local Circuit Clerk's Office and start proceedings. I asked that they send me documents showing I owe this debt and he got very upset and said he only had my social security number. He kept trying to get me to confirm my social security number and I refused. Today (9/26/19) he called and left a message wanting to know what my intentions were regarding the account. I never returned the call. My credit report doesn't show a Lowe's Credit Card.

Received a call from arbitrator stating there was a suit against me. Provided 866-217-0580 and asked what the name of their company was. The guy that answered asked me what my name was and I told him I would not disclose that and I wanted to know the name of the business. He called me a whore and asked me if I was a stripper.

Received same message.They are probably praying on immigrants and elderly

1-866-217-0580 - strategic accounting services? Got a call from a woman saying that a client had a pending allegation against me and there is a pre-trial conference date in my local jurisdiction. My husband called back from a different number, they got angry, didn't have my correct name, and shouted at him, "we will find her, we will find her!" Nice.

A local number just left a voice mail message stating that she was an arbitrator there and a client was filing suit against my name and social security number. Said to call 866-217-0580. Did not mention who the "client" was nor did they use my name. I googled the number and see that it is from a "Strategic Accounting Services.

Received a call from number 253-780-7608, from Strategic Accounting stating she was an arbitrator there and a client was filing suit against my name and social security number, If they did not hear from me they would make the determination themselves. Then gave me a call back number of 866-217-0580.

Received a call from this number. They wanted to collect a debt on behave of HSBC/Capital One Credit Card that I never had. They were threatening court proceedings which would tack on another thousand dollars to the "original" debt owed. Never received anything in the mail but I finally got them to send me something in writing. Credit report does not show me ever having a Capital One credit card. NOT PAYING!!!

These people try to make you owe an account you don't owe!!!!

Same here, a female claiming to be the lead investigator for Strategic Services says there is law suit against me for a non-existent Best Buy account. What?! I even checked my credit report to make sure there wasn't a Best Buy account listed. Nope, no account. She is a fraud.
