Got a call requesting my dob and ss# when I refused the caller was very rude and hung up.

Got a call from Clarissa. She left a voicemail saying I had missed a delivery. I knew right away it was some a scam because she didn't say didn't say what company she was calling from, what it was, or who it was from and plus I wasn't expecting any deliveries. I called it back from a different number and a recording says it's Jackson and Morgan. When someone finally answered I told them to stop calling me.

Just spoke to Liz myself she also said i had a civil case. For What? I owe nothing to nobody, she didn't even have my correct name. She got pissed when i wouldn't give my dob and ss#. Good Luck scamming someone else Liz.

This person named Liz from a Jackson & Smart called me to inform me that a civil suit had been filed against me by Verizon Wireless (which I have never had an account with, ever) and that if I didn’t make arrangements to pay the sum of $2800 my wages would be garnished or a lien would be placed against my house and or auto. I explained that I have never had a Verizon wireless account to which this Liz replied it was on my credit originally in 2000. I said well the statue of limitations is past and there is nothing you can do( mind you I have never had a Verizon Wireless account). She then tells me I had plenty of time to take care of this and that today was the last day she was going to deal with this before she sent it to her filing office. I told her I have never received any paper work. She told they sent it to an address that I haven’t lived in in more than 15 years, and when I asked her to send another letter she refused. I told her I would not be paying anything because I have never had a Verizon wireless account and she sounded like she was scrambling for her script. I hung up the phone and didn’t call them back when they threatened to file .
