Called saying I have a payday loan and they will withdraw automatically funds from my checking account. If I dont respond this is my consent.
This number left me a message with a recorded white maie voice claiming to have a refund due to me if I press #1 to speak to an "executive" who will process my refund for services rendered. How do you report these calls to FTC?
Verify this, this is a scam. I did report it to the FTC and take this another step farther since people don't want to do their job. I am going to hunt these India Indians down that are doing this. Not making this up and what I say I promise, American Promise! These people are scamming, using a recording of a White American Man, posing as a Microsoft representative, threatening people that their computers will go down and they are here to help you. Verify? Visit http://www.nicemachines.com, the world already knows about this number, come on FTC, you know where they are at, take them to court, CLASS ACTION SUIT THIS TIME!

They call a minimum of 5-8 calls a day . They fill my voice mail with the same message everytime. If you call back to ask to be removed, you get a never ending number choice which keeps repeating no matter which number you push.
