recorded female voice says she's calling from Citizens. She does not give her name, the dept she's calling from or who the call is for. She gives the number she wants me to call and neither repeats the number or the opportunity to press a button to hear it again. I have not called back but she has, 4 times. you'd better address me by name if you want a return call
Called and left a message stating they need to discuss student loan repayment. Same woman every time left a different reference number and name ever time.
Stated they were calling about Federal Student Loan. Even left us a reference number to refer to.
