the call actually came from 380-201-3454 i called back a Rebecca answers did not say a name of company says she is calling in regards to a 2014 american web loan that I took out claims that processors are calling my friends and family to find out where i am to serve me as there is a suite being brought against me she says that this loan was for 800.00 but this american web loans has tacked on fees and sent it to this collectionsstill no name of what collections agency it is that i am speaking to and it is now a total of 3,000.00 rebecca states that she can settle this for 800.00 but possibly could get them to settle for as little as 500.00 she states that my bank in 2014 was Bank One, bank one has been out of business since 2004 bank one became Chase bank. again she claims that there is a suite i have look at court records in franklin county columbus ohio and my name does not appear anywhere for any lawsuite. is this a scam?? or did someone use my identity she read off my ss# and all sorts of personal information
