A service processer called and stated she had to deliver legal documents and need to verify my address would not give me any info told me to call this number 1866 352-2916 he answered right away he was unprofessional and intimidating and scaring me over a 10 year debt. I ended up hanging up at that point things were out of hand.
They insisted that a family member call them back due to some warrant for a debt
Got a text message, came in on 951-414-1100, requesting a callback to 866-352-2916. Scam.
Calling and repeatedly leaving threatening messages for someone who has not worked here in over 12 years - when I called back to ask them to stop they hung up in my face when I told them I was not the party they were looking for.
