American women's voices (several calls different 'reps') about Student Loan Repayment changes. Exact same script. Robocall. Reference number is given. I don't have any student loan debt. I called the number and was immediately inundated with 'You Won' and 'Fabulous Vacation' scam crappola. Pressing zero got me to a 'rep' who was a guy from India. He started with the 'You won' and I told him I'm not interested and asked him about the reference number. He said 'goodbye'. I didn't hang up. A couple minutes later he was still on the line. I asked him about the reference number again. He said they would not be calling back. Yep. Sure.
