They alleged I paid 200 to repair my computer. They continue calling offering to refund. Yesterday they called informing that the IT services will remain open and will automatically rolled over every year. Don't know who these individuals are.
Said I would be charged $500 on my account if I didn’t call Jim back. These people wiped our security from our computer two years ago and have been calling two or three times a week ever since. Sometimes they call three times a day!
They said I’d be charged automatically if I didn’t call back and to ask for Marshall.
