Received call from this number stating it was a recorded line. The "representative" continued to ask me personal questions, stating they need my answers before they could release what they were calling about OR even what organization they were representing. Would NOT answer my questions regarding the name of the organization they work for, unless I offered them my DOB and address and validated some information. Made me extremely uncomfortable.
I suspect this is a scam. They call me about a "matter of which they spoke to me in August" yet only want to know my birthdate or house number. DO NOT GIVE ANYONE INFO LIKE THIS ON THE PHONE! If I owe money (which I do not) send me a letter in the mail.
