Ascension Point Services---Marvin Chico?-----claimed to be looking for person authorized for handling financial matters for a deceased individual (relative) and to return call if not that person. I did not answer or return call.

Allsup, Inc. foreign scammers based in IL. Been doing this for 30 years, the US keeps giving them business licenses. They keep getting sued. They are NOT lawyers. They are NOT Ticket to Work. They are NOT the SSA nor were they hired by the SSA. They are straight-up scammers, liars, and terrible humans. They work for co's who are forced to pay employees LTD or STD. Employers don't want to pay that. So they convince you to set up an SSA account, saying it will "pay more" and "not lower your LTD benefits." All lies. They have you set up a bank account, that you have NO access to, but Allsup has access. Then they drain all of them money out of the account, paying your former employer and themselves. This is who and what Allsup is. They don't know you, they're not the SSA, they're not Ticket to Work. They're foreign scammers allowed to rip-off Americans.

These are FAKE by a scam foreign co. called Allsup. Sue them. I am.

Rec'd a call 9/28/2021 and left vm that they were calling about my Disabily benefits and if I had questions to call 888-570-5970. Also gave me option to Opt-out of future calls by calling 888-937-4047.

Calling to attempt to collect a debt for my deceased father. These people are scum....

AscensionPoint Recovery Services ==> claims to be looking for person authorized for handling financial matters for a deceased individual. The deceased individual does not have any debts which would go to collections. Attorney advises to not provide any information to these people. Numerous complaints with BBB and internet comments indicating a scam.
