Got a call from 866-427-7476. Recorded message said it was CVS Caremark, updating payment information, which we have coverage with, asked if it was my husband & asked him to verify it was him by saying yes or no, he said yes, then asked to verify his year of birth which he did, then it went to a live person named Tammy. She said they were updating their systems & asked me to call back in a couple of hours. I asked her what number to call back, she said the number that I received the call from, I asked her for the extension number, she said they don't have extensions, hung up. After a minute I realized I might've been scammed so I called the number back & got a recording telling me to call the number on the back of my Prescription coverage card. I did that, spoke with representative at CVS Caremark & she said no communication was noted on my husband's account & doesn't know the reason for any call since all of our information was current. I am going to report this to the police.
