I got the same call just now!! Should I be worried about this??? What should I do ?

A woman calling jerself Dianna Gorski said she has been trying to reach somebody (does not leave a name) to sign papers. She says she is turning the papers over to someone -I cant understand what she said- and the process will continue without me (or whoever she is calling for). I called back and said she was calling the wrong number and that I believe its illegal to leave messages and harass people when they dont know if they are calling the right person, and she got very snappy and hung up on me. I called back and a man answered and turns out its a collections agency looking for someone else. They removed me number from their ‘system’ but I dont know how they got my number to begin with!

calls using the name "DIANA GORSKI" saying they have attempted to contact you to sign documents. No company name, no specifics. That is how you immediately know this is A SCAM. I plan to call the number back later today and mess with them. These pond scum can dish it out so they'd better get ready to take it.

They call and leave a message that says they have attempted to contact you at home and on your mobile. I noticed they don't use your name or state what business they are. They then tell you that they need your signature on some legal documents but since they cannot reach you, they have no choice but to proceed with legal action against you. This is a scam that is phishing for personal information.

hung up on me when I told them this was a scam.

Called and said they have tried to contact me at home and work and now are moving forward with legal action. Please call. I called and they had my SS#, DOB, and home address.

fake.. message from diana tried to serve documents at home and work.. home security has no recordings of anyone visiting.

All they say is call back due to them attempting to reach you at home and place of work for signature on important documents
