Yes they are awful. Portfolio Recovery is the sneakest, awful debt collectors out there.
These people will not tell u who they are! They are looking for someone who does not live here, however they have the same last name.

Changes numbers on a daily basis. Continues to haunt me for very small medical bills that I have not been able to pay!!! People are sick and have a difficult time with excess bills!!!! THEY SHOULD LIVE IN THE SWAMPS!!!
