This informed choice calls every 5 minutes. Says they are calling on behalf of Cigna. They are not. I blocked the number and it still can leave a message.

This # has called my phone 24 times in the last month. Sometimes 2 and 3 times a day. I never answer a call I do not know who it is from and they never leave a message.
