1st call - said hello, there was no response or message. 2nd call asked for my deceased mother, would not say why or identify purpose or company.
Robocall tries to get you to call their scam number, saying they're from Social Security and there is a problem. Social Security will never call; they always communicate by mail.
Person said my social security number had been compromised and it would be suspended until and unless I ... That was when I hung up
Robocall message left on my answering machine telling me my Social Security number has been suspended because of some suspicious activity, and requesting I press "one" if I want to know about this case. The caller ID shows up as US Government, but this is an old scam.
