Caller ID showed "Your Hlth Plan." In voicemail, used the name of my benefits provider and instructed me to call back re: a Rx refill and to use a 7-digit identifier they provided to me.

I LIVE IN VIRGINIA. I RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT MEDICATION(RX). THEY LEFT A SEVEN DIGIT CODE(773....) SO THEY CAN CONFIRM IT'S WAS ME. THESE CALLS HAVE BEEN GOING ON FOR SEVERAL YEARS. PHONE COMPANY REFUSE TO TAKE ACTION.

called and left a message about a prescription refill. Left a 7 digit call back code to input upon returning the call. I never obtained a prescription from them, but called back and input the code... upon which they asked for my date of birth.... to wich I hung up..... scam.
