Got unwanted call from 866-504-9748?
Received multiple calls from 866-504-9748 claiming to be a FEDEX person asking about our account. The person says "Can you hear me?" trying to get you to say "YES".
Call from 866-504-9748 pretends to be from Fed Ex stating a business account was activated by me and they needed to update the account.

I got the same call, multiple times. I never set up a Fed Ex account, and was suspicious of this. Glad I looked up the number.
This is a scam....do not answer "Kenny's" questions, just hang up when 866-504-9748....Fed Ex knows about them and so does the FTC....they will try to get a little rude, but just hang up
Same as above, claiming to be Fed X Billing Dept... do not give them any info! I reported it to Fed X Revenue Billing! SCAM!!!
Caller claims to be "Madison" from FedEx trying to save the business owner money. A spoofed phone number for FedEx is in the caller ID. Callback # is 866-504-9748, a number linked to FedEx in any way. Sounds like a call center in the background.
Claims to be FedEx, and caller ID shows legit spoofed phone number. They call multiple times a week. Caller says they need to speak with the FedEx account holder, but do not give name. They give 866-504-9748 as call back number, which is NOT the number for FedEx. I asked to be removed from their list, and I was told it had to be done through an automated system, but then given no info on how to access this supposed system.
