keep getting voice messages saying she is following up on a prior voice message left regarding pre-approval for up to $40,000 for hardship program. Asking me to call 866-528-1218 and that I can speak with any of her associates.

Just received my 3rd voice message...even though I blocked the caller. mentioned in other complaints, the woman mentions preapproval for up to $40,000 for a hardship program and provides 866-528-1218 as the call back number saying that it's ok to speak with any of her associates.

They left a message on my phone saying, "They were following up from their prior call regarding a preapproval for up to $40,000 for a hardship program." They never called before and I never heard about the $40K Hardship program.
