I called this number which was in a letter from Express Scripts. A woman from Fidelity investments answered. I'll google Express Scripts to find the correct number.

A May-03 charge appeared from them on my most recent Visa statement. I have no record of ordering anything from them. I intend to call tomorrow (today is a holiday and I suspect that their office is closed).
