The caller is claiming an arson investigation. telling me to call 8665774219
Crazy Indian debt collectors, I'm scheduled for two different surgeries in the next month and I don't have time for this insanity. I don't need the stress when I am very ill. I'm blocking these idiots and please people for your own sanity do NOT answer any calls from a number unless you know that number!! No one needs that stress.
American Express collections calling on very old debt, being farmed out to someone in India to make these calls. Idiot with thick accent calls. Blocked and DONE. Never answer ANY calls from numbers you don't know, people! This idiot spoofs lots of different numbers from your local area code to make it look as if someone local is calling. Same story as above comments, i.e. strong Indian accent, reference no., American Express, asking for a person that is not as this number. They said to call back 866-577-4219 although the calls (3 or more times daily) show up on caller ID as 786-460-7841 ( a spoofed number in an area code close to mine). I don't deal with American Express because of their sleazy reputation. Do they spoof numbers too? This has to be just a total scam.
