I got this call and asked for the badge number of the "officer" and he gave me the phone number 866 620 0832 saying he was actually in Woodbridge, N.J. Said he would give me another number if I wanted more info. After I told him by relative was a state trooper he hung up.

Claims to be Police Association of Va -- but will not give an address to MAIL a contribution to....despite repeated request for Address. Says "already sent info with address." Repeatedly calls asking for donation for scholarships, but CharityNavigator.org shows only small % of income is actually donated.
