Call at all hours of the day and night. The majority of the time they hang up. When the did answer, I was told that the call would be recorded and any information from this call could and would be used in an effort to collect a debt. I asked the person if they would be willing to send me a transcript of call and a copy of the recording within 48 hours other wise I would not agree to talk with them. The hung up on me. The person who answered spoke very poor English and became very confused with my request.
Just don’t answer
