Rec'd a call at 3:14 pm CDT 9/26/2019. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. The same number then called 8 more times in less than 8 minutes. Each time I rejected the call. 9 total calls between 3:14 and 3:22. I have blocked this number.
Call several times a day. Sometimes there is just silence, but will call back 2 or 3 times in 5 minutes. Once they asked if I was the home owner and they needed to gather some information. I asked who was calling and they hung up. But then they called back again in 30 minutes.

Since I live in Birmingham UK, an International call is always going to be a Sales - Scam - or Phishing call. I rejected it.
