Called Aetna.. they have no record of the number.. 866-664-5432.. They usually send a letter.
On 4/29/21 I got a call from this number. Automated voice system stated they were AETNA. Amazing thing was they indicated a certain medication I was taking and had a question I was supposed to answer, but I refused to answer it became suspicious and hung up. I dialed it back and recording states thank's for calling us back..................I call Aetna( customer service) they indicated they didn't have such a voice recording. What do you make of that?
Pretends to be Aetna trying to convince me to use an Aetna service (for free). no point telling them you are not interested, they change numbers and keep calling
Scam recorded message attempting to get me (an Aetna Medicare customer) to say "Yes" on a recorded line. Keeps calling every day for the several weeks.
