they just called my neighbor/friend , telling her their going to serve me with court summons tomorrow.
These people called my sister's phone said they were looking for me and had no contact number but revealed private information to her saying that they had legal documents and I could have my lawyer or myself to contact them...that is against the Fair Debt Collection Act..they are doing illegal threats..and need to be reported to National Trade! It's against the law for them or anyone to reveal private information or threaten someone to collect money. I am reporting them. Be aware of this man calling!
