Wow biggest scam. I got a call from a process server saying he was at my house and wanted to serve me papers and wanted to know where's a good place to meet. I tell him that I have no idea what he's talking about and then he tells me to call S&P group and talk to Steve Taylor. I talk to him and he tells me I owe him debt from almost 10 years ago. Tells me they'll split the debt in half if I could pay half today and half next month. I tell him I filed for bankruptcy earlier this year and he said this one fell through the cracks. I talk to my attorney and he tells me that's illegal and it's a scam. The service verification guy then calls my work and asks for my boss and says he'll be here in 15 to serve me unless I make a payment to S&P. This is a scam. Please no one fall for this! This number is a scam. There is no such thing as S&P law group. Steve told me he can't give any info because it's a private firm. That is a lie. I had a lawyer friend look it up to and told me that doesn't exist. It's sad what these people to do normal people. They're con artists and they mess up people's lives without a second thought, Again, this is a scam! Don't fall for it!

Got a call person stating they were calling for legal matter and they kept calling it felt wrong i felt harrassed they call everye dayi they are threatening another call stating they were coming to serve pzpets at my home and business frightening

Number was originally flagged as a special education center (spoofed number). Threatened that there was pending litigation for an ancient credit card. I told them I know my rights, the statute of limitations was well passed and they said "You can explain that in front of a judge." Called my attorney and he agreed that this is a scam. There are no civil suits filed. Scammers.

Caller threatens you and calls your family with same threats of legal action, court summons and jail time. There’s been some sort of security breech of info because the caller is NOT a legit bill collector.

A person called identifying themselves as “Michael Anderson” called and left a message wanting to talk to someone that I have never heard of. Apparently some sort of complaint was “filed” against this person and they wanted a call back to discuss it. (Reference # 20196951). Doesn’t sound legit.

I don't know who these people are but they have harrassed my entire family.

A person called my place of work from this number and asked what our policy was on serving people. She said it was regarding one of my employees, which she named. I said that we would prefer it not be done at the work place. She agreed to this and left a call back number of 866-744-1092 and a file number. I called bc it seemed odd since people in my state are served by law enforcement and not a company and the phone rang and rang and never picked up.

7-26-2019---@--4:44pm Female voice says this call is for "sons brother-in-law by name"...like when you google a name and get those names listing people related or possible known relatives", regarding a pending action against him and he needs to call their legal team @ 866-744-1092 with the following reference # ************! Only way of tying that name with this phone number is a google search and a big imagination to attempt to tie him to our phone #. Definitely a scam of some sort!

They left a vague threatening message. For which I have no clue why they think it's legitimate, whatever. I won't be bothered with nonsense and intimidation.
