Calls claiming to have a complaint filed against you and the charges will be filed if you don’t return their call. They leave voicemails saying you have 24 hours to call or charges go forward. This is a violation of FDCPA regulations and a federal offense. They are a scamming debt collection gang trying to scare people into paying them to avoid being charged and arrested. Of course this cannot happen and it’s a lie to scare gullible people and the elderly. Always report these calls to the FDCPA so the federal agency can keep a record of these scammers and pursue federal violations
