866-752-5865

I got a call from this number yesterday - Sunday, March 21, 2022. It kind of sounds legit but I just listened on my answering machine and didn't pick it up. It even gave me a special 5-digit PIN number. Lol

Got multiple calls from 866-752-5865. All purporting to be Wellcare with 7 digit id number. This was not a real call per Wellcare.

Same scam reported by others, saying that they had "important information" and providing the seven digit pin. Not even bothering to try and see if it works, based on all the reports here.

I have gotten several call from 866-752-5865. This morning they left a message by robot call and asked me to call them and gave me a pin number. They claim to be my insurance company. It is a spam call and I will never answer it or return the call.

Cautin on this number!!! They left a message saying it was Wellcare, call back number and a pin. I called the number, and the robot call started by saying my name! I did not even give them the pin number!!! It kept repeating a question wanting me to say yes, but I did not. I hung up.

Around noon-ish on 10/5/2020, I received a recorded call with the following message: "Hello this is Well Care. Your privacy is important to us. Well Care employees are trained regarding the appropriate way to handle your private health information. Calling with important information. Please call us toll free at 1-866-752-5865 and enter the seven digit pin so we know it's you. Again the number is 1-866-752-5865 and your seven digit pin is . If we don't hear from you soon we'll try again. Thank you. Goodbye." This and similarly-worded messages at this phone number have been reported as spam/scam on multiple web sites.

I got a call this morning, with the same voicemail about being WellCare, with a 7 digit code to enter, but I thought I would check the number before calling back. I also checked with WellCare, on-line chat, and after a checking my account information, the person said that it may be real, but is likely to be sales / marketing activity. Last thing I need now is someone drumming up business!

I have no idea why Wellcare keeps calling me. They gave me a 7-digit PIN to use THAT DOESNT WORK. If you call Wellcare's customer service line, they have no idea why the number called you. Probable scam.

claiming to be wellcare, gave me a callback number and a pin number. when calling back the pin would not work. nice scam.
