They say they're from Amazon and a fraudulent charge was placed on my account from someone in Nigeria for $1,200. They stress that I am to call the exact number on my caller ID.smdh
I received a recorded call on my voicemail, the message was for me to call the number that came in on my caller ID and let them know if I wanted to cancel my order and they can issue me a refund of $1200.00.
Just got a recorded call claiming they were Amazona and a fraudulent charge was placed on my account from Nigeria. Asked that I call the number on caller id for a refund. Fraud.
Love it when Nancy Lewis calls from this number re: Outstanding Federal Student Loan - especially when I never requested a Federal Student loan...what a scam
