This number 866-814-1441 keeps calling they use different names with the same voice and 020008 ref number it's a scam they ask you to hit 2 if your debt is under 10,000 and 3 if it's over 10,000 they ask for you payment info it's fake dont fall for it.

I get calls almost everyday. If I don’t recognize the number I don’t pick up. So these numbers keep leaving me voicemails about my Federal Student Loans asking me to call back using a reference number. They don’t state where they are from, but they give a first name. It’s a recorded message that’s exactly the same but a different name sometimes. I never call back and I block the numbers they call from, but in the voicemails they ask me to call back the 866-814-1441 number. I keep blocking them but they just keep calling from different numbers.

It's the same lady calling from different numbers with different names; I have her on voicemail talking about student loans which I dont have. Calling from 704#s and 307#s every day having to call back to this number and 866 280 5115 with 001002 and 020008 as ref #s.
