I received a call, did not answer because this # has called previously with no message left anytime. Today I called the # back, I was answered with a recording that gave no "company" info. Next a male answered saying ONLY, my First Name, as a question. I did not respond, instead I hung up, blocked the #, & started checking online for info. about the #. I found several sites wanting a "jump through hoops show" & possibly $$!! I did NEITHER! I then found this site & made this comment. I'd really like to know who they are/what the hell they're doing!!
Woman called said I owe money on a student loan. Gave a reference #. What a crock. I never had a student loan.
Have called me several time, same voice, same name. Want to talk about student loan debt. I haven't had any such debt for 45 years!
at least dozen messages to call this number about student debt. leaves name, reference number and phone number. i don't have any such loan.
The phone number is listed as Social Security in Wichita Falls Texas. So is this call really from SS office? If they called you, wont they identify themselves first and ask for the person they want to talk to?
